New contributor to Comedi

Hi guys, I am relatively a new contributor to Linux and newer for comedi.

And have been searching for new ways to contribute to the kernel or to the drivers.

I just need some resources to get started in it's active development.

I hope I would be of some help to you guys.

I want to do some of the tasks listed here as TODO.

Which include :-

1. Add the two milliamp ranges to the AO subdevice (0 to 20 mA, 4 to 20 mA).

2. Read the initial ranges and values of the AO sub-device at start-up instead of re-initializing them.

3. Implement calibration.

I have not read your code yet, I will read it eventually :)
