Acquisition problem with dux sigma

Hi !

I'm having trouble monitoring my usb dux sigma under Linux/Python3. I installed the pyusbdux module, swig and all the comedi libraries. However, when I try to record data, whether with my own code or using the examples, I have always the same value on all the channels ; 7.94728478581419e-08.

Do you have any idea where this might come from?

Hi Clara,

I assume it's ubuntu. Can you let me know which Ubuntu version you are using? Did you install everything via the package manager? Compilation of comedlib / kernel is very tricky and discouraged. Also. dmsg output would be good. Only the bit when you plug in the dux sigma. Does it work with comedirecord ( package install )?
