In trying to identify what the dreaded default Capacity Charge is for new customers, I came across a note around how long the commitment is on the FAQs page.

How long must I remain in the program and is there a fee?

Hourly Pricing participants may request to leave Hourly Pricing at any time; however you may not rejoin the program for a period of 12 months following the termination. There is no fee to participate in Hourly Pricing.

That makes it interesting if you're not happy w/ the  default Capacity Charge, OR if you're not happy with the calculation.

Given that most of us who TRY to sign up now won't be in for all 10 days this summer, we would be living with the default capacity charge until June of 2020 at this point.
