ComEd Supply Rebate - 3.8 cents / kwh June 2022 through May 2023 - Community Solar too?

While the rate for supply will increase.. this CEJA rebate is going to help this summer.  Since it's on delivery, I expect the RRTP customers to be able to use it too.. Not sure though.

" Commonwealth Edison ("ComEd") has submitted a filing indicating that for the June 1, 2022-May 31, 2023 delivery year, it will provide a credit to all of its delivery customers equal to 3.087 cents per kWh"

Do you think community solar customers will be able to use it too?
That's against the 'supply' portion, so in theory they should.

It applies to RRTP customers, but RRTP net metering (solar) customers it's a charge on the stuff you net feed into the grid.
