These prices are 50 to 60 times higher than I've ever seen.   And I've been in the program since 2007.

The whole country is in deep freeze.   This looks like the future with wind and solar causing everything to be more expensive.

I believe the industry control of pricing were regulated, and the auction process where there is li regulation, are the major expense-makers. 

My solar projects produce power at $ .03 per KWh. 

The perception of price shock caused by renewable energy sources is a gold mine for regulated utilities.
