Can I get my HOURLY usage if I'm NOT in RRTP already?

I was trying to analyze my hourly usage against the ComEd Hourly prices.
While ComeEd has a way to download this, it appears that my data isn't kept.
" This account does not have interval usage data. " 

Yet, they Do know what my capacity charge is, so they kept those 5 or 10 periods around!

Anyone else know of a way to get this hourly usage if you're NOT in RRTP already?

They should keep the interval data since you've had a smart meter, at least for a couple of years.  Are those capacity charge values your actual usage?  They do you a "class average" for people that don't have a smart meter, or if data is missing.
