OpenADR with RRTP?

I've recently installed Insteon switches in my home with an ISY 99i home controller. It support automatic demand reduction in response to the OpenADR protocol. I'm looking at the configuration and I need a BUNCH of information...
  Push Base URL
  VTN ID
  VEN ID
  Party ID
  Resource ID
  Group ID
  Market Context
and I have no idea where or if this is supported by ComEd.

Anyone with experience on this, any input would be appreciated.

I've only read a little bit about OpenADR, and AFAIK that info isn't exposed to us.  Your best bet is to contact PJM, or check out their site:  http://www.pjm.com/markets-and-operations/etools.aspx

They have some really interesting tools and data feeds, but more are only available to utilities or they cost a lot of money (thousands of dollars a year), so they're out of reach of an individual.
