Error message: uncaught exception
Situation in which the error occurs: upon launch
Other error information: I know in the past my phone hasn't been able to play 3d games but i've seen people enable it to if that has anything to do with the problem.

Well, if you want to enable 3d games on your phone, you should google it or ask someone who already did it. It doesn't seem anyone here will be able to help you.
