Ontologies for BioModels qualifiers

After trying to find formal ontologies for the BioModels qualifiers as described in combine-specifications and failing, I've created my own versions of biology qualifiers and model qualifiers, based on the specifications. Where is the best place for these to be reviewed and made generally available?
