consulting work in london, uk area

hi,

i'm about to start a project(s) in rails. i'm a beginner in rails but
have been working as a web developer for years with .net.
Is there anyone in the london area interested in a small bit of
consulting/coding with me to get me started. if so send me a private
message and we can discuss rates etc.

basically i just want to get the vanilla CMS, Authentication bits
setup with some architectural advise then i'll be fine.

if you can suggest another way, i guess remotely using skype i'd be
open to that also. possibly using paypal etc to pay.
