Time out change for staying logged in

Hi,

I am encountering an issue where if I leave Kanbanize idle for a certain period of time (I'm not sure exactly how long), it times out, and I have to log in again.

Until the past two or so weeks, it used to be that I could that I could leave Kanbanize idle in my browser for most of the work day and not have it log out. I used Kanbanize seldomly throughout my work day, as I primarily use it to keep track of long-term to do items, so with the current time out rate, I have to log back in pretty much every time I come back to the site.

Is it possible to put the time out rate back to its old rate? Or to offer an option to stay logged in, or stay logged in for a longer period of time?

I am using the Community version of Kanban, in Chrome version 38.0.2125.104 m

I'm noticing frequent logouts as well.  Sometimes they're accompanied by an error message claiming that my session may have been ended because another session using my account was started.

Hi all,

First, thank you for your interest in Kanbanize and your feedback ,it's quite appreciated!

 

Please note that out of the box Kanbanize sessions last on Kanbanize Premium version ~10 hours and they can be ended only if another user logs with different account from different tab within the same browser instance.
 
Of course we cannot exclude the fact that this might be a specific case on our Free Community version which has a different logic of the Garbage collector which if overloaded will become aggressive towards the sessions and end them earlier than the mentioned 10 hours above.
