Email integration with domain IDs from Gmail group

We created a account "POC" in the Kanbanize and we tried to integrate the email id "poc_notifications@kanbanize.com" by adding the same to the group id of our Helpdesk support team.

Our group id is a domain ID purchased from google.com. Under this group, we added the ID poc_notifications@kanbanize.com and testing the email integration, but looks like its not working. We are not able to receive any notifications in the Kanbanize. But when we send email directly to poc_notifications@kanbanize.com, we are able to see the notifications in the dashboard.

Any idea how to integrate the kanbanzie email with the gmail?. Thanks in advance.
