Need to uninstall a program called anydesk from every computer on the network. Was thinking to run a group policy uninstall script at startup but I do not know how to. Any help or direction to a knowledge source would be appreciated.

We've had some instances where either Sophos protection service or Network protection service might not start up.
This cause the computer to become Isolated but we cannot un-Isolate unless we restart or use Admin rights to start the service. Some users have important data to save and are sometimes in remote area where technician is not reachable.
Could someone perhaps guide me in on how to un-isolate a computer via Sophos Central or how I can open Anydesk to be able to connect to the computer while being isolated.

This doesn't happen usually at startup but sometimes at random intervals and the service suddenly stop. This causes Sophos to Isolate the device and require restart to resolve the issue since we don't have remote connection to the device to use our admin password to start the service.
With regards to the Global Settings > Admin Isolated Computers. Doesn't seem to have that option and I have full access also part of the Administrators group.
It's possible that there's a recent update that might have triggered a soft reboot on the components causing a red health status on the devices. To investigate this further, I suggest collecting the SDU logs and opening a support case through our Support Portal. After looking into this further, I found that you may also create exclusions for device isolation. This would allow your remote access tools to still be accessible while the device is isolated. You can configure this from the Global Exclusions. I'll also link the article below for your reference.
