Rather than leaving your Christmas tree out with the trash to be landfilled, you can give it a second life by recycling it. Bring your undecorated (decorations don’t make very good mulch) trees to be turned into wood chips and mulch for local parks and gardens. Please note that the City of Philadelphia does not recycle trees left at the curb.

A $5 donation is suggested to cover the cost of the tree chipping.
