Spin Script

For those using Passenger in any environment, I've written a spin script that will restart your site. If anyone wants to use it, feel free. For those who don't know, a spin script basically restarts whatever server you may be running. I think it's mostly used by Capistrano, but I've found it useful in my Passenger environments. Copy the text from http://gist.github.com/9511 and paste it into a file under the script directory called spin.
