"Out of the Tar Pit" presentation

I suppose most people reading this post know how influential the paper "Out of the Tar Pit" has been on the design of Clojure and Datomic. Rich Hickey recommends it frequently, and Michael Fogus calls it "my favorite of the bunch - one I try to read and absorb every 6 months."
