The Life Stage Chapters are jointly hosting a unique Zoom meeting on Tue, Feb 4, from 8 - 10 PM (Eastern)

5 PM Pacific | 6 PM Mountain | 7 PM Central | 8 PM Eastern

 

Topic:  Our guest will be Adam B. Cordover,  a Florida-based lawyer who specializes in Collaborative Family Law.  He'll present "How to Use Prenuptial and Postnuptial Agreements as Financial Planning Tools" followed by open Q&A.  In this interactive discussion, you will learn how these agreements can help with and provide clarity on asset protection, asset management, debt responsibilities, and inheritance planning, especially in cases of second marriages, blended families, or where private or family businesses are involved.  This is a relevant topic for all Life Stages, regardless of marital status.  Adam will provide a broad overview of the topic, and answer general questions, but obviously cannot render state-specific or individualized legal advice.

 

Targeted audience:  Bogleheads at all Life Stages
