Our theme is Advent: From the Womb of the Mother with guest Dance leader Amina Miriam Linda McMakin, originator of the Dancing with Mary Magdalene and the Dancing with the Daughter and the Mother Cycles of Dances. We'll explore the Christian sacred season of Advent, welcoming the Christ Light, and honor the approaching Solstice ~ the longest night of the year in the Global North, and the longest day of the year in the Global South. With the Dances of Universal Peace and other participatory spiritual practices, we'll celebrate together this sacred season, this powerful time of year, and honor the coming birth of what's next here on Mother Earth.
If you like, please bring a candle to light as part of our gathering, symbolizing your prayers and aspirations for what your heart is longing to birth and to see birthed!
