Important Registration & Payment DetailsOur camp dates are July 19 – 26, 2026, and our theme this year is "Cultivating Courage." To help us prepare and keep check-in smooth, please take a moment to review these simple deadlines and details:
Key Dates & Deadlines June 19: Balance Due Deadline. Please help our admin volunteers by paying your fees in full by this date. After June 19: Registration stays open until July 13 at noon, but any new registrations made after June 19 must be paid in full at the time of signing up.
How to Pay Your Balance: Your registration is complete once your deposit or full payment is received. You can pay in two ways: By Mail (Our strong preference): Make checks payable to Golden Gate Sufi Circle and mail them to: Mendocino Sufi Camp, attn: Registrar, PO Box 1223, Medford, OR 97501. Online via PayPal: Send a bank transfer or card payment to in...@MendoSufiCamp.org. (PayPal charges us a processing fee, so if you are able to add 3% extra to cover that cost, we deeply appreciate it! Please note that PayPal fees cannot be refunded if you cancel).
A Few Gentle Reminders Accommodations: Housing is in rustic, shared, four-bed cabins. You are also welcome to bring a tent for more privacy. Please note that flat parking for cars and vans is limited. Health & Wellness: To keep our circle safe, please do not come to camp if you are feeling unwell. Contact the Maleka our manager right away if you need to cancel or arrive late so we can adjust things for you.
