The presentation will explore royalty compensation in licensing and methodologies
for determining royalty rates and payment structures with a view across
industries and the various stages of technology life cycles. The program
will also include a discussion of the impact of changes in IP legislation,
case law and market transactions to royalties and deal value. Additionally,
the presentation will cover royalty compliance issues and best practices.
A networking event will be held immediately following the chapter meeting.

This event is free, however, a $15 donation to a local charity will be
highly encouraged prior to your admission to the event (payment will be
made directly to the charity on the day of the event at the Registration
Table). In addition, registration is required the day before the event
(before Noon).
