Attached please find the meeting announcement for CIPLA’s May 10, 2012
Meeting and the CIPLA’s 2011-2012 membership application. The meeting
will last from 11:30am to 2:00pm, including 1.5 hrs of general CLE.
During this May meeting, Timothy W. Hagan, Partner at Dinsmore & Shohl
LLP (Dayton), will present “Significant Recent Opinions from the
Supreme Court and the Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit
2011-2012. The RSVP deadline is 5pm on Friday, May 04, 2012 to

Note: Please inform us if you would prefer a vegetarian meal option.
No-shows and persons cancelling after the RSVP deadline will be
charged to re-coup the lunch service fee for this event, however,
substitutions are welcome.
Please note that this is the time of year we will be electing
officers. We need candidates. This is a four year comittment. If
you are interested in serving, please let one of the officers know.
Elections will be held during the May meeting.
