Greetings. The next CIPLA meeting
will by November 13 at 11:30 at the Capital University Law School. The
program will be an interesting panel discussion regarding patent prosecution
with Douglas Duff, Stephen Grant and Richard Mescher. The discussion
will address prosecution from the perspectives of the practitioner and
the examiner. There will be a reduced cost for this meeting of $15
for professionals. Students will be admitted free. Lunch of
pizza and soda will be served prior to the presentation.
Please RSVP by next Tuesday if you plan to attend. Also, consider sending the announcement to any of your colleagues who are not currently active in CIPLA but may find this program of interest.
