We are looking for Help Desk with one of our direct client
Location: Columbus, OH
Duration: 12+ Months
Face to face interview required
The consultant acts as a support team member with the Central Region of Field Support. Supporting the customers in the William Green Building and at the BWC Annex. The consultant will be responsible for installing, configuring, moving, repairing all computer hardware, in addition to the inventory and tracking of said items. The consultant will also install, configure, document computer software. Provide answers to questions from customers, provide excellent customer service, and troubleshoot network connectivity issues. (going out and doing break / fix ) And occasionally creating tickets based on customer requests.
The Help Desk Analyst provides Helpdesk Level 2 Support by performing the skills listed below.
HDA2
Years of Relevant Experience:
3 to 5 years field experience
Preferred Education:
Associates/Bachelors in Computer Science or Equivalent Certifications.
Role Description:
· •Basic computer troubleshooting skills
· •Computer Hardware knowledge (how to plug in a computer)
· •Computer Software knowledge (setting up profiles, connecting to network printers)
· •Networking knowledge (cable testing, routing, how to tell when a computer has connectivity)
· •Time management skills (multiple tasks and maintain integrity of data being compiled)
· •Customer Service (to communicate with customer on what tasks and when they are being performed)
