JOB Title: PeopleSoft SCM Architect.

Location: Springfield, IL.

Duration: 10 Months.

 

Description:

 

·         Provide full lifecycle support of the 9.2 SCM modules (Inv, PO).

·         Partner with end users across teams to capture requirements, analyze and leverage delivered system features/functions and explore new technical functionality.

·         Create related functional design documents.

·         Develop and execute test cases for the various Business Units, review comprehensive test plans and perform unit testing with system developers to ensure overall functionality and technical quality of deliverables.

·         Partner with IT in the development and enhancements of new features, functionality and reporting.

·         Experience in documenting as-is and to-be process flows, eliciting and documenting system change requirements, identifying and evaluating alternative solutions, and writing business cases.

·         Advise and lead system sessions on streamline reporting and analysis with role-focused security administration and representation of all fixed and variable asset relationships.

 

Qualifications:

·         Experience in Healthcare industry is a must.

·         Experience with PeopleSoft SCM 9.2.

·         Experience in conducting workshops with business users, understanding the business and data issues and arriving at systems solutions.

·         Experience creating systems documentation, including functional specifications, gap analysis, and test scripts.

·         Strong interpersonal and presentation skills. Ability to communicate technical concepts and issues with non-technical audiences verbally and in writing.

·         Bachelor’s degree in business, information technology, finance or related field.

Required Skills:

·         8+ years of SCM Consultant experience with team leadership experience and ability in 9.2 PO, and Mobile Inventory.

·         Experience with functional business requirements for Healthcare industry for (PO, Mobile Inventory, Inventory and ePro) modules is a must.

·         Ability to explain and knowledge transfer critical healthcare functionality of the respective application and module to PSFT and non PSFT business users.

·         Ability to lead an implementation methodology and produce high quality work-products for various stages of the implementation including requirements gathering, design , build and test.

·         Ability to capture business requirements and end to end business processes with clients.
