 We are hiring IT Recruiters for offshore Hyderabad (4 positions) with minimum 2 years of experience in US IT Recruitment/ Staffing.

Required:

 

·         Excellent understanding of IT skills.

·         Experience working with US Tax Terms (W2, C2C and 1099).

·         End to End recruitment process from resourcing, searching, screening, interviewing, target Hunting, negotiating and recruiting candidates.

·         Must be a self-motivated, results driven professional with good communication skills.

·         Use effective resourcing strategies such as Job Portals (Dice, Monster, Tech FETCH), Internet sourcing.

·         Negotiate & finalize Pay rates/compensation of candidates.

·         Working Knowledge on Social Networking sites to identify candidates.

·         Screen and evaluate candidate communication skills, verify visa status, confidence level, and work towards on-boarding paperwork.

 

 

Special Skills:

·         Overall 1 to 2 Years of experience.

·         Graduation from reputed university.

·         Good communication skills.
