Guys:

 

Please see all the two emails below I received from the management of Superkick.

 

Going forward,

 

1) Nobody should bring their kids inside the Superkick if you think you will not have any control of them running around.

& 2) The Game should be played just 1 hour (no extra 2 or 3 minutes) from the time the field was made available to us.

Tuhin,

 

I am under the weather so will just send in this email as I have lost my voice.  Thank you for reaching back out. If you can discuss with manager and they take actions that will be helpful and is required:

 

1. Kids can not be playing throughout the facility.  If your players choose to bring their kids they need to be within their 2 zones and they need to monitor as my staff is not a babysitting service.  Boys have been playing on our court surface and it is closed to all people unless rented.  Our staff told them to get off  per our policy and she was then confronted by an adult player saying that is not a rule.  “show me the rule”  

1. By no means should any adult argue with my staff who is enforcing the rules
2. Then the kids proceeded to try and get back on the court and on the track
3. Finally they decided to use a laser pointer and point into the face of staff member while they were at front desk.  Obviously this is ridiculous

2. Players then stayed on past the rental time even when asked to exit.

1. As asked to exit they said they were going to play a few more minutes not adhering to our policy or listening to our female staff member.

 

The players should not enter the playing areas until it is their time (often happens) and should exit the playing surface right on time per the scoreboard.

 

If my staff asks them to do something, they must adhere to that staff member and definitely not confront.

 

Children must be supervised by them and maintained in the rented area not running throughout the facility.

 

I almost drove in that night to assist my staff member as I have several phone calls with her.  

 

I want to continue this rental so big importance to adhere to facility rules.

We will need to talk immediately on Monday due to the behavior of your adult players and not observing our rules of facility with their children and then staying longer than rental against my staff members request. 

 

I can tell you right now the disrespect shown to my female staff member today by your players is not acceptable in any way and staying on our fields longer is not respecting the rental agreement.

If this has happened last weeknd it's unfortunate and unacceptable by any means. 

From now on DONOT bring kids at ground .. doesn't matter whether you can control or not them running around.. we don't want to take any risk. If this happens 2nd time we're out of superkick.

Also sanjib and I will ensure that we leave the ground 8 pm sharp doesn't matter when we start.

we will take those action but SK should notify others.

Last week i noticed lots of small kids other side , 

it’s a SK policy enforced problem.

I have already notified the President of Superkick about our enforcement

The problem is not about bringing kids. The problem is about the kids going to prohibited zone. Do you know which area is prohibited zone?? I do not. So some our kids were probably running around in the prohibited zone. It's not our concern and should not be what other kids are doing. Our concern should be the children of our players. So better not bring any kids to the ground - period.

Agreed with first point... but not the second... last week we got the ground after five minutes and then also we had to go and fine goalposts... if they think we should not be playing more than they should setup the area and have ur ready for us sharp 7 pm...

Agree to not bringing kids..we definitely need to end the game on time provided we get it on time. 

Also, pls. don’t argue with the staff as they are kids. We should know better and if we feel that the ground is not being available to us on time, raise it with Brian and not the staff.

I was planing to skip this weekend game due to upcoming travel but as per usual thinking to come in to play and have fun.

After reading the yesterday news as an Indian origin i felt disturbed and pained.

I cant do anything but i can do one thing, 

cancel all my fun activity for this weekend , pray for these kids n those family.

I see this is a special circumstance for CFC.

most of us from Indian origin and I sure you are going through the same pain.

I repsect your feeling, thoughts and emotions. However whether to play or not should be individual decision and as CFC management, we must not impose others to feel the same way.

The game is on tonight and people can come and play. We shouldn't make anyone feel bad if they want to come and play as boycotting tonight's game is not just the ONLY choice we have.
