Hey everyone, its been a while since I've sent an email to the list. For a while there I wasn't sure I'd even be downtown anymore, but I just started a new assignment at Ohio Dept. of Insurance so I'll be downtown for the next 6 months, at least!

At our last meeting we discussed what our next book would be, and came to agree on "Working Effectively with Legacy Code" by Michael Features (http://amzn.com/0131177052). We also agreed to read the first few chapters by the next meeting, which is this Thursday. I read the first three chapters in around a half hour, so the book appears to have quick, easy to read chapters.

I've also updated the Event Brite site, and plan to update it after this upcoming meeting to have a complete schedule for the book. Please RSVP at http://cbusdevbookclub.eventbrite.com/ so we'll know how many people to expect.
