Hey everyone,
I'd like to announce the launch of a new co-working space, which I
hope can coexist with the other proposed locations. There seems to be
quite a bit of demand for this type of office environment, and
seemingly room for a few such spaces. In fact, there are at least two
incubators in the works, one pushing upwards of 30-40K sqft. I hope
altogether these signs indicate the spread of startup culture in
Columbus.
In any case, our office is in the Short North, just behind the Rossi
on Price Ave. Take a look at some photos here:

We're renting individual desks. Included in that are all of the
basics: desk, chair, lamp, etc. There is a conference area, a
kitchenette, reception-type seating, a huge glass garage door that we
keep open in the summer, shared printers, scanners, business-class
internet and so on. Bike, animal, beer and energy-drink friendly.
Computers (iMacs) and Cisco IP phones available. The space is
organized by David Hunegnaw of Fresh Labs (
http://www.tryfresh.com/).
We're limiting it to 6 desks for the time being, so supply is pretty
short - but we are encouraging drop-ins from the Coworking group and
the Columbus Ruby Brigade. The conference and reception area seating
should accommodate that. You need to also be aware that the location -
in particular while the front gate is open - really puts you in the
Short North community, so if you prefer cubicles or are bothered by
visitors and curious passers-by, then this might not be a good fit.
