Hi All,
I put the email out to everyone on my list and see who might be interested in attending a morning class. Night time is not for all, I understand the objectives.
We have an opportunity to have a class on Wednesday mornings from 9:00 -11:00am or Thursday mornings from 10:00 -11:30am.
What I want to know is; what's the majority vote of people interested in a day time class and which day?
Starting January 30, 2013 ~ Wednesday 9:00 -11:00am (√)
or
Starting January 31, 2013 ~ Thursday 10:00 -11:00 (√)
Then I will choose the day that suites most responses; in hopes that if you chose the other, you might be able to drop in to the class occasionally.
Doug and I are still teaching the evening class on Wednesday nights 7:00 - 8:30pm. Which you can most certainly drop in at anytime.
The material is designed to be able to read and join in any time. It is nice to read from front to back. The book is so exciting that you want the information to stick so you do read it over and over.
It is similar to, "A Course in Miracles" where he (Jesus) repeats himself over and over in many different ways so that every one can get what he is portraying.
The difference between the "ACIM" and "The Way of Mastery" (TWOM) is that the course can be very heady and the reason is he wants you to to take your time and think about it. "The Way of Mastery" is heart based; he (Jesus) wants you to take it from your thoughts, drop your thinking down to your heart to feel what your truth is. You still use your thinking to understand what it is that you are feeling and what your heart is telling you. It is a personal journey. We have the class so we can support each other in each of our journeys.
I, Jan Waldhoff will facilitate the book each week and guide us through the book. You personally will do the work. We, the class will be guided to help each other through. I will make sure we are moving along smoothly.
I need to know as soon as possible so I can get it out in the e-blast at church. Thank you for reading and possibly being a part of our day time group.
