Hi guys. So the semester is almost over which means that some of us are going back home for awhile. However, don't get rusty with your pking (funny, coming from the guy who missed like the last 4 meetings). Anyway, here:
That's my youtube channel. Open the Parkour playlist. I have only the best and most useful parkour videos I've found on youtube.
Some are straight up tutorials (I've only put the ones that actually really help in the list).
Some are just realtime+slow motion demonstrations of single techniques from various camera angles (for which you should replay over and over again, noting everything you can about the form of the person and comparing it to your form. I've only put technique breakdowns from pros from Urban Current, etc, so no noobs).
And some (3, actually, the ones called Parkour, Literally) are just a dude flowing with parkour the way it's meant to be.
Remember, some of the greatest athletes in the world said that, when interviewed, they felt that they were able to hurdle that height or make that shot or win that race because they pictured it a thousand times in their heads before the game (eg Michael Jordan, some other guys idk their names). I hope these videos help you guys out. Visualize a thousand times before you practice, then visualize another thousand times, and then go for it. Above all, prioritize safety, because I'm pretty sure that a bunch of you (myself included) have tried some pretty stupid things, and an injury just means slower progress for you.
Have an awesome break guys!
