CUPK Forever (Updates - MEETING)!

Hey guys, long time no talk.

So I was going to hold our first meeting of the spring semester today
at NOON, but unfortunately I forgot to shoot out the email. My bad.
SO, considering next week is Spring Break, I'm happy to hold our first
meeting Saturday, March 19th, at noon. I *should* be back on campus by
then - shoot me an email so I can get an idea of how many people will
be back by then. If not that many people are, our first meeting will
be the next saturday, the 26th. Sorry it's taken so long for us to
start meeting again! I know you missed our brutal conditioning
sessions. On the plus side, it should be nice and not-painful to be
outside when we get back from break!

As for Club Sports, it looks doubtful we'll be getting approved this
year. Personally I'm getting in touch with the athletics department
today to present our case and explain why I think we've been treated
badly as a prospective club. I'll be out of here in a few months but I
really encourage you guys to keep meeting next year, present to Club
Sports again, and hire NYPK (nyparkour.com) as a coach. You guys could
do great things.

ONE more quick thing. So we don't have a Columbia budget this year,
but I've been toying with the idea - I hang out with some kick-ass pro
traceurs on a regular basis and they could teach us a lot of good
stuff. WOULD you guys be up for donating say, 5-10 dollars apiece, and
getting one of them to come up and teach us say, biweekly for the last
two months of school? It's always been important to Chris and I to
keep CUPK free, so I'd want a good group consensus before asking it of
you. Let me know!
