The list is short :

This year , as last year,  you can not get the HSA subsidy from Columbia without going through VIA. 

If you contact VIA and pick a MEDIGAP plan ,either  from UHC/AARP or Humana , VIA will arrange the policy and later make it easy fro you to use you HSA 900 subsidy to pay for the premiums (or other health care costs).
