As you may or may not know, I recently bought a 15" Macbook Pro. I am
selling my old 13" Macbook.
The basics...
Macbook (White Polycarbonate, Mid 2006)
2.0 Ghz Intel Core Duo (32 bit, last 32bit processor Apple used in a
laptop)
2 gb RAM
80 gb HD
Superdrive (still works)
OS X 10.4.x (fresh installation, only has originally included
software)
New 60W Magsafe Power Supply
Apple IR Remote
It works great, all of the ports work, (this model has Firewire!).
There is a flicker in backlight, but only on the brightest brightness
setting. (This has been there since day one, but I have always kept
the brightness at the next to highest setting. so I tend to forget
that it's even there.)
It does show use, particularly where my wrists rest (both of you know
the model, and are familiar with this wear pattern)
