I am designing and printing filter adapters for Boone County Hospital.
I only have a single 3D printer and I currently have a request for 15 more
adapters and likely more on the way.

If anyone has a 3D printer sitting idle and could help, please let me know.

Hi Jon,

I’m an old time CGW member, though I haven’t been active in a while. I just found out from Josiah Bryan in MAE at MU that there are some students with printers on campus who might be able to help. I’ve copied them. I also have a printer, though I’m working on a project right now to make a kind of tent for the MU hospital. I’ll probably be able to print some soon through.

How many do you need? When?

Right now, I need 15 but I'm working with a single department right
now and as word gets around my guess is that number will start
increasing quickly.

They are buying the WSTOO one on amazon as it's inlet and outlet both
come out the back which is ideal.

Just to clarify you want the WSTOO ones printed?

I'm a little concerned about the ratchet looking feature, have you printed and tested one of these?

Done with printing the first one, can I bring it somewhere for testing before I scale up to a whole build plate of them?

My cell is 573-489-7065. Unfortunately, I gave the mask back to its
owner already. I do still have one of the filters and some of
the ones I've printed if you want to compare but if you're in PLA, it
should be fine. I've already printed and tested a half dozen of them.
The mask is here:
https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B07QZQ8C7Z/ref=ox_sc_act_title_1?smid=AXBQ2STZLNK9I&psc=1
I can probably borrow one again if you need me to. I've been
considering purchasing one for myself but it seems unnecessary.

So the pictured print is ABS but I'm actually setting up to run them in PLA so all good.  Will get with you when I have something to show for it

Hello,

I just ordered 2 Ender 3 Pros to help with a different 3D printing effort for Missouri. Is there any way I can help with printing here too? Or any other way I can help support your efforts, any resources you need right now? I’d be willing to order another printer or two to lend you if that would be helpful and the demand is there.

I currently have a few other local people helping with adapters
and I am keeping up with demand.

Here are two other groups that are requesting stuff that I know of:
https://www.facebook.com/groups/ruralmissourippe/
https://columbiastemalliance.com/project-face-shield/

Here is a list of stuff that first group is wanting if you want to help:
