Ensure a Smooth Transition: OneCalendar (OC2.0) Platform Decommission on 31 Jan 2026

Dear All, 

Please be reminded that the old OneCalendar (OC2.0), work-permit management platform, will be officially decommissioned on 31 January 2026. Please ensure that you have completed the following before 31 January 2026:

1. Save important documents or permit details from the old platform.

2. If your works or permit extends beyond 31 January 2026, reapply for a new project permit on the new OneCalendar (OC3.0) platform (link here). Please ensure you have followed the required project naming convention (a.) [OC2 Reapplication – {Permit Number}] and (b.) Permit Start Date, as shown in the attached graphic.

We would like to thank you for your understanding and support onboarding the new OneCalendar work-permit management platform.
