Dear Cub Scouts, Leaders, and Parents,

 

We will be meeting at Changi Airport Terminal 3, Departure Hall Door 2 on Sunday, 9 July 2023. 

 

Here are the details:

Venue:   Changi Airport Terminal 3

              Departure Hall, Door 2 (inside the terminal)

              Singapore 819663

Time:     9:30am to 12:00pm 

Attire:    Home clothes appropriate for visit to the airport

 

Our Agenda:

1. 9:30 - 9:40 am: Gathering (10mins)

 

2. 9:40 - 9:45 am: Opening

1. Scout Promise and Scout Law (5mins)

 

3. 9:45 - 11:45 am: Activities   
   

       a. Visit to the Departure Hall

   b. Visit to Public gallery ( Snack break + Recap on aviation principles + Journalling activities)

   c. Visit to the Arrival Hall + Slide @ T3

4. 11:45 - 12:00 pm: Closing

1. Recognition of awards/advancements/other achievements

2. Dismissal at 12pm at the drop-off point at Departure Hall Door 2

Items to bring along:

• Filled Water bottle
  
• Morning snack
• Writing materials
  
• Journal in Google Classroom (please print it out individually)
  
• Personal first aid kit
  
• Cub scout record book
