Dear All
Please find attached AIC No. 110/25 for your information:
IMPLEMENTATION OF NEW ONECALENDAR ACCOUNT AND PROJECT FEE APPLICATIONS FROM 9 DECEMBER 2025
Changi Airport Group (CAG) will be introducing Account and Project fees (“Fees”) for work permit application on the new OneCalendar platform.
Background
2    Since 2017, the OneCalendar platform has been processing work permit applications for projects carried out at Changi Airport. To handle increased operational complexity and enhance workplace safety, a new OneCalendar platform has been developed with improved user experience, greater functionality, and better technical support.
3    The new OneCalendar platform will be launched on 9 December 2025.
4    The Fees are intended to support the resources required to regulate, approve, and oversee project activities carried out on CAG’s premises. The Fees remain to be below market norms. CAG remains committed to adopt a partial cost recovery approach that enables us to maintain our service standards and continue supporting our partners and contractors in the processing of permit applications.
Implementation of Fees
5    There will be two (2) new Fees applicable as illustrated in Appendix A below:
    a. Account Fee: An annual fee will apply to all companies using OneCalendar for the creation and maintenance of their OneCalendar accounts. Each company may create an unlimited number of user accounts for applicants or site supervisors.
    b. Project Fee: A fee will apply to each project application, which may include multiple permits. If a submission requires corrections due to quality and compliance issues, up to three (3) re-submissions are allowed per project at no additional charge. A new application will be required if the third (3) re-submission does not meet requirements. Once the project is approved, any additional permits or extensions of time can be requested without incurring additional charges.
6    Account Fees shall apply to all contractors and agencies commencing 9 December 2025. All companies will be required to set up new accounts on this date, regardless  whether they have existing accounts in the current platform.
7    Project Fees for each application will apply to all projects submitted through the OneCalendar platform on or after 9 June 2026. This implementation timeline provides users with ample time to transition smoothly to the enhanced platform and familiarise themselves with the new project application process.
8    Additional terms and conditions governing the use of the OneCalendar platform will also apply and can be accessed directly within the platform.
Communications & Support
9    To support users in adopting the new OneCalendar platform, further communications will be issued to provide information on the system enhancements and updated processes.
10    Two (2) briefing sessions will be conducted from 1100H to 1200H on 9 and 10 December 2025 for all contractors. Please RSVP for these sessions via https://changi.me/OCBriefing-RSVP.
11    For companies requiring additional support, sessions will be available from 1400H to 1600H on 9, 10 and 12 December 2025 to provide guidance on the use of the new OneCalendar platform. Session may be booked via https://changi.me/OC-ClinicSession.
12    User guides, recordings and other useful materials will also be accessible via https://changi.me/onecalendar-support.
13    With the new OneCalendar platform offering enhanced functionality and technical support, CAG remains committed to work closely with all users to ensure safe and seamless coordination of works at Changi Airport.
