Fireworkz Pro and Excel xlsx files

Is any work being done to allow importing of Excel xlsx files, even if
only a single sheet from xlsx in an attempt to increase cross platform
capabilities.

I note that another program on RISC OS called ViewXLS does load an xlsx
file - not perfect but at least it can load one. So it seems it is
possible.
