Is there a way to transfer color edits between PCs? I have dozens of meticulously tweaked edits on my desktop PC and I want to copy them to my new laptop. Is there a straightforward way to do so? If not, please consider this a feature request. I know that addons can use Firefox Sync to sync addon specific settings between PCs so tapping into that would be ideal. Thanks!

Hi,

I'd like too a way to sync between my main computer and laptop too.

Note to Michael: Maybe just tweak this extensionhttps://addons.mozilla.org/fr/firefox/addon/stylishsync/  should do the trick, since it already sync data for Stylish ?

In meantime you can do it manually by copying the content of this folder C:\Users\YourUserName\AppData\Roaming\Mozilla\Firefox\Profiles\YourProfileFolderx5jztslz.default\ColourThatSite\css
to the other computer it should do the tricks  ;-)

Merry X-Mass to all :)

Thanks for the suggestion, Michael. Seems there a couple additional steps. I copied over the ColourThatSite\css folder, which didn't work at all then I saw that there is a ColourThatSite.sqlite file in the profile root directory. Copying that file over at least allows ColorThatSite to see the transferred edits but they still weren't applied to each site. For that, you need to select Change and then Save, which then applies the edits. Since I have several dozen edits, that's going to get tedious but it's a decent work around for now. Hopefully the sync functionality will be considered for a future release.

Hi nicolas,
copying the whole ColourThatSite\css folder and the ColourThatSite.sqlite Database should normally clone the whole contents. You will have to restart the browser after the copy though, perhaps this was the problem in this case. (Ideally you copy all contents while the target browser is not running).

About syncing: I will consider that. I am also loosely planning an optional online service for sharing colour edits which could as well be used for re-using own edits.

And by the way: Happy Christmas/Holidays  & New Year to all!

You're Right it was my mistake I forget the SQlite Dbase...  Hopefully  you have been able to find by yourself...

But one things you can try also: Take the CSS filesin the ColourThatSite\css folder and import the files in CTS middle button on lower panel.
