Color That Site causes serious breakage on Nightly. Checkboxes disappear on websites.

Hello!

I've noticed this on multiple websites, such as Mozillazine or Bugzilla. I have to disable CTS and refresh the page to get them back. And, as soon as I re-enable CTS the checkboxes disappear.

So I recently moved my profile to a linux machine. There all color edits stopped working. However, when I re-inited them or created new ones they worked. And not only that, the checkboxes weren't erroneously hidden. So this might not happen on all platforms.

I really hope there'll be a fix for this. I plan to lag for a while on the last version that supports XUL addons. It would be nice to have unbroken addons.
