Not all background colors are detected

I really like the option to just reverse the brightness of pages. But there is one problem: When doing so, some areas remain untouched. The google search page has such an area, or for example bitbucket. This looks really ugly, so i often switch back to the normal version. Why is that so? Can this be fixed in future updates?
