Does anyone have a fix or workaround for the disappearing checkboxes issue?

Hi!

It's really frustrating that for a long while now checkboxes are hidden when any color edit is enabled.
Since the addon is abandoned, did anyone find a workaround or god-forbid figured out how to fix the addon?

Hi!
I looked into your problem with the checkboxes on certain websites and was able to reproduce it. It is related to an "error" in my add-on while overriding default styles for input elements (-moz-appearance: none).

Currently I'm busy with life (holidays) & work but I'm planning to release a little fix in the next weeks for this problem.... and hope that this fix doesn't break anything else. ;-)

Also, if you'll have time remaining after: With FF56 (beta) some new sporadically appearing issue came up.

Sometimes the color edits are not applied: always when you create a new one or disable+enable an old one, and stay that way for open tabs, they'll only be applied when you load the pages in a new tab. When opening a link in gmail, which was fixed by reinstalling the addon (but this issue came back once so I reinstalled again). Sometimes when the tab was the active tab on startup wouldn't have the edits applied, I think this happened simultaneously to the gmail thing and got fixed by the same thing.

Any chance you'll get to it sometime soon? FF56 now hit stable so now many more people will experience this.
