Used to scroll for me when I was adding more than 15 colors to be edited, now it won't

Hi,

When adding more color edits than usual, which when I get into this I tend to do. In older version I could use the magic wand to get an element selected and up popped the box sometimes showing me the color.  I would grab it, drag it over to the bar and the bring the cursor with the color square down it would auto scroll to allow me to drop in that one to edit.  Now it's not doing that any more. 

My suggestion would be to allow to drag and drop from the TOP and have the elements move down the list not drag to the bottom.  This way folks can add as many as they want without that bug getting in the way.

Also, it would be awesome if you guys developed for Chrome/Vivaldi browsers.  There is nothing like this for those sorts of browsers.
