getting started with Colosseum

Hi All,

First-time user of Colosseum here. I've submitted the New Team Request, and got an account created back in March. But I haven't found a way (or documentation on it) to login to the Experiments Portal. Specifically, can anyone tell me where to find information about the Colosseum VPN?

Thanks for the attention. After contacting Colosseum to get a HelpDesk account, I'm able to view documentation regarding VPN etc. on the HelpDesk website.

The only piece of knowledge I was missing was that I need to have a FreshDesk account setup in addition to the Colosseum account to access all of those content :)
