Possible to create new scenario?

Hello Colosseum group,

Questions:

1. Is it possible to create a new scenario? Or, is it possible to customize an existing scenario? If it is then how to do that?

For example, for scenario number 1009,  If I want to increase number of nodes from 10 to 100 how to do that?

2. For scenario, what are the maximum no. of users for each Base station? 

3. How many base stations can be made for each scenario?
