usb[05:02]: USB error on device 273f:1004 : Entity not found [-5] with USB 2.0

or 

USB error on device 273f:1004 : Operation not supported or unimplemented on this platform [-12] with USB 3.0 port..

I get this error messages with every windows tool .. no matter what I do. I've tried it with all USB ports i have. 

I had also similar problems with liveUSB. DisplayCAL works fine but i would also like to get my latency measured.
