Hi,
I would first try to update to 2.0.7 (I seem to remember it fixed exactly this issue), through fwupd (it’s not available through other means). Just install fwupd (it’s available in [community]) and then run:
fwupdmgr get-devices
fwupdmgr get-updates
fwupdmgr update
to check that your ColorHug is correctly detected (as well as potentially other devices), get the update for it and finally update it.
