Feature suggestion: Comment out and in selection

For the Eclipse Colorer plugin.

The ability to comment out a selected block of text is a very useful
feature that would probably be very simple to implement.

This might be slightly outside the domain of a syntax colorer library,
but would contribute much to the usefulness of Colorer.

Every .hrc file could contain info about how to start a line comment,
and start and end a block comment.
