Docucolor 240 - External Rip EXP240 (Copy All- at copier --or in Software - scale to Fit [command Workstation - layout] - adobe Reader [fit to printable area])

Problem - at copier selecting CopyAll -doesn't copy all

 

Because Xerox in infinite wisdom decided to create a margin even on the Copy All feature

 

Fix

 

Set Margins to 0

Turn Copy All on under scaling

Store job under job assembly - Stored Programming ( or get your Xerox service man to)

Problem in Adobe Acrobat  and other programs with Fit to Margin capability like CorelDraw - Fit to margins doesn't work as EFI appears to have forgot to include margins in print driver showing the physical printable area.

This feature is normally useful when client provides layout that extends wording to edge of page.

 

Work Around Solution - Send to hold queue

In Command Workstation under layout select scale to fit.
