Buggy Booklet mode - KM bizhub C300 (Konica Minolta)

Anyone had luck printing (e.g. PDFs) in booklet mode on this unit?
I've tried printing from Windows (2003) and MacOS (10.4.11) and they
never come out right.
I want to print PDFs (manuals) formated for 8.5 x 11 in booklet mode
on 8.5 x 11 paper. They never come out right. I've done this on a
Xerox, and it just worked. On the C300, the pages get all out of
order, or it expects 11x17 paper, or prints sideways on the pages...
Can't find a set of settings that works, end up wasting more paper
than I hoped to save.
